As per my understanding, this Nostr protocol could allow for a complete freedom on what one wants it to look like. I think nowadays one chooses social media also based on his personal tastes. For example, I'm now using Iris, that looks quite like twitter. But as I get it, any other could have it look like facebook, insta, or even youtube, or whatever.
