Content creation is the hard part of posting, do you expect that to be done within the role?
If not, I would budget for 3 hours per day.
The employee could schedule the posts periodically throughout the day and spend the rest of the time replying and on engagement.
With the 2/3 posts per day what are you expecting? Do you want quantity over quality, focusing on presence or would you consider one post per day focusing on quality?

No but it might be something I'll do in the future. I'll give it some thought but I like to keep the attendees identities as private as possible. Wouldn't like to post a video or photo with their faces.
We meet on the last Saturday of each month you should take a day trip down Donald.
