There are a bunch of regional meetups that take place in #NewZealand on a fairly regular basis. When you find yourself in Queenstown there’s a monthly #bitcoin meetup (usually at World Bar, because they take bitcoin - https://www.theworldbar.co.nz/) on the third Thursday of the month. There’s also three Bitkiwi events per year - https://kiwibitcoinguide.org/home/bitkiwi-meetups/. The next is in Queenstown in about 10 days’ time with one in Auckland in July and another in Wellington in October. Well worth attending!
