You should be able to subscribe to a government just like you subscribe to a streaming service. Pay a certain amount per month for a specific service.
If you don't like the service you're getting, you can cancel it and find alternatives.
The problem with governments today is you can't unsubscribe without losing your life, liberty, or property.
