Is there a nostr client that allows you to post things with an expiry? So the events will be deleted automatically after some time.

He forgot to mention that it involves 2 trusted third parties: mint and relay

This is the IP address for a DNS resolver: 1.1.1.1

You can connect to the nostr relays that published this note, use this IP address to connect with DNS resolver. Associating npubs with IP addresses isn't a big deal either.

However, nostr works best when its kept simple. Adding more complexity and trying to do everything ends up in a system that cannot do basic things properly.

I had several options for joinstr and researched different protocols, distributed networks etc. however nostr was the easiest to work with because of its simplicity.

Awesome. We need more zapless stuff on nostr to make it less cringe.

Freedom tech should give the users freedom to hold their own keys and do transactions permissionlessly. Neither custodians nor additional trusted third parties allow for this freedom.

It is the "convenience tech".

- Create a vulnerable webpage that sends the private key to attacker

- Landing page should be a game nostr users can play using their nsec

- Gamers are rewarded with ecash

I am sure you will get at least 100 private keys in one day with this simple social engineering and a webpage.

Security is not a priority for the users that rely on mints and relays for using their money and prefer convenience.

Ecash users do not hold any bitcoin and mints custody bitcoin for them. These users cant even hold their ecash tokens and need relays for it, so they can do anything for convenience.

unified balance where my money is saved on relays

this is a "nostr balance" that will follow me around on any nostr app

and I just zapped nostr:npub1vwymuey3u7mf860ndrkw3r7dz30s0srg6tqmhtjzg7umtm6rn5eq2qzugd without having to connect nostr-wallet-connect

it just works, no QR codes, no secrets, nothing... your nsec gives you access to your money

... and losing nsec gives access attacker access to your money which is quite possible considering the number of web apps used by nostr users

We have started recently and this is the first month. Relevant stats will be shared on website at the end of July.

Today is the last day to submit your project for July 2024. So if you are working on bitcoin privacy and looking for funding, send an email to invincibleprivacy[at]protonmail[dot]com with the details.

Website will be updated in next 24 hours: https://invincible-privacy.github.io/donate/

Do not associate your npubs with anything other than social media.
