Yeah we're having compatibility issues everywhere now. People are seeing dead replies under my reposts and quoted notes in Amethyst and Coracle because of the conversion. Yeeehhaaa!!!

I've been trying to figure out what the best ways to repost and quote are because some clients need 'nostr:' at the beginning of the note ID, some don't. I'm using Gossip which does it the old way (apparently). So I tried to do it both ways in one repost to see how various apps dealt with it. I see that Coracle displays it the way Amethyst does, yet Iris displays everything as intended. Can't win mate. The incompatibilities between the clients can't really be reconciled at the user end. So, I guess sometimes there might be a weird #0 or something on some reposts and quotes. Some will display notes as 'nevents', like Snort, some will display as 'note' and some will embed the original post.
I'm trying to use one client for as much as possible instead of having a desktop client for some things and then having to fire up a web app for other things, which I'll still have to do sometimes. It's a headache. I've been burning my battery down doing that.

Yeah he's doing that kinaesthetic thing with the LED's these days. I haven't experienced it live and it looks full-on. That must've been one helluvan experience.
Yeah I get you on that. The newer material has a different vibe to it and the older stuff can be very taxing in a good way.
