We had bad storms about a week ago. Some tornado warnings and stuff. One of the trees on the side of the house snapped in half. Luckily it fell away from the house.
The tree was already dead, that's the reason it broke. But now I get to bust out the chainsaw and get some fire wood.

I don't have commercial property just some single family houses on normal mortgages. If the bottom does drop out I would just hold them but I'd rather sell them now before/if the market drops.
