My guess is no, but others on here are likely much more competent than I am in knowing what kind of info Google can extract from you just by clicking a link or watching an embedded video. At the very least they collect your IP and track your internet activity even after you have closed a video or page with an embedded video (which is where browser anti-tracking plugins can be helpful).

If you are simply talking about use, NewPipe is your friend. If you're talking about having an actual account to post comments and content, you can try an anonymous Proton or proxy email address and use a VPN whenever you log in. But I have never had a YouTube account so I'm not sure what other info they may ask for.
