We already have deletes. https://nostr-delete.vercel.app lets you send them to your relays, or the top 150 (!) relays.
I think most relays respect delete events. Of course as with anything on nostr it's a best-effort kind of thing.

I don't drink alcohol anymore but I really like beer. Brewdog make non-alcoholic versions of a lot of their beers, not sure if they're sold worldwide though.
