I have a couple of these in pots waiting to be planted. it's nice seeing just how many insects they attract.

maybe "bad/moronic takes" is better. being fairly free of the corporate media's limibic system hijacking algo is nice. have you been on twitter recently? my god. i check my meetup's feed once a week or so and it's so depressing. it seems that the algo pushes the most "engagable" content if you don't use the platform frequently

Does nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg still work as a NWC server? I can't see the settings in the app or web app.

smart speakers with a sat balance using DVMs would be excellent.

maybe "plugin extension store" would be a better description. users could enable plugins that add specific functionality to their relay

e.g

+ no nsfw content

+ restrict access

+ add paid relay features

+ keyword filtering - no "bitcoin" posts.

nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll backups to an external drive work really well, but you need to manually mount the SSD first using SSH.

I've PRd a documentation update to add some detail https://github.com/Start9Labs/documentation/pull/618

No. It's a dimwit move to take frustration out on children. It teaches them that violence is an acceptable way of interacting with others and that their parents really don't care for them.

People saying "it never did me any harm" just aren't accepting that it did.

Nip 46 remote signers allows for server posting of events on a users behalf without holding a private key. Kind of a big deal!

I wonder what effect social media addiction has on econimic productivity.

although having to run ubuntu in a VM to format a backup drive to ext4 is a bit of a pain.

agreed. i've not had to faff around much at all.

I'm very very impressed with Start9!
