I dont know if the picture highlights the appearance. Charred tomatos, onions, peppers gives it black specs in it. Really happy with the full flavor with some smoked chipotles.

I started “scrap method” - leaving a little in the jar after each use and feed it once or twice before using.

Since i don’t bake but maybe once a month.
