Next week I have 7 talks (not the same ones!), two panel discussions, three book signings, and along with that I'm recording three podcasts and organizing a Cypherpunk meetup.

My only stimulant is caffeine, but I want to squeeze in some sauna and massage. And of course meditation. Thankfully, it's only 9 days of this craziness.

You may not be able to influence whether you get sick, but you can eat healthy and exercise enough.

You may not be able to influence the people you meet in life, but you can make your friendships and relationships positive.

What I mean is that you should focus on the things in life that you can influence. And you should create that influence every day in a way that makes you feel good. And of course, don't forget that this is a journey.
