Cornered animal lashing out, knows the end is near. Can still do some damage obviously, but it’s not gonna survive the transition into uncensorable money and communication.
Hence the desperate attempts to censor and “deprogram.” I hope they get prosecuted, but even if they don’t, they’re headed for irrelevance and ideological extinction.
Invisible Terror
“The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”
―George Orwell,1984
I’m old enough to remember when I was instructed to fear ISIS. I didn’t know anyone in my neighborhood who supported ISIS, let alone belonged to it, but surely they were a formidable and dangerous foe, otherwise why would the television set be so insistent on bringing it to my attention?
When I was 32, I went to the doctor for a routine checkup and blood tests, and my cholesterol came back high. I felt fine and played in vigorous full court basketball games every weekend, but cholesterol was “The Silent Killer,” and I was to start immediately on a course of statins. My doctor who was nearly 80 at the time told me he was only alive because he took them. I refused, but I was made aware that inside my body was less a heart than a ticking time bomb that could kill me without warning.
Two years ago, I was told we were in a deadly pandemic, that I should stay home, stay away from people, wear a mask and wash my hands 10 times a day. I went along with most of this for about eight months, but a few things didn’t add up. First off, I didn’t know anyone who had died of covid personally…
I go there every Tuesday, and it’s getting worse all the time. Now every post I make is liked by porn bots. I have no idea which of my followers can see my posts. And if you don’t have a check, you can’t even seen view the engagement on your post except by clicking to another screen.
Maybe he’s trying to get people to pay for the check, but it’s having the opposite effect with me, making me glad I’m doing most of my public square posting here.
It’s a zero-sum game, and the poor don’t have enough money to fund this. It will crush the middle class too. Yes, their homes and stocks will go up, but not enough to pay for food, gas, etc. without selling them.
And if the middle class is crushed, then who is buying goods and services? It would get very ugly fast.
Think the #NFL will do this soon nostr:npub1dtf79g6grzc48jqlfrzc7389rx08kn7gm03hsy9qqrww8jgtwaqq64hgu0? nostr:note1t7de6r0ewwls3ept40l4rnkhkclzjh3q25prnnts725lr3xgzpds4pa6rk
Interesting -- I could definitely see it. Could have some unforeseen consequences though.
Of course most won’t. But in not waking up, they’ll get what’s coming, which will itself wake more of them up, rinse, repeat.
You think it’s futile, but I think it’s working.
I know this might seem blasphemous, but maybe Christ’s return won’t happen in the way most people are expecting.
In fact, maybe it’s already happened:
Any of you nerds into the NFL — will be posting on it all day from my other NOSTR account below. nostr:note1tqtymrz5sej7lq5fu9m2ge5sq7f4zhpytww9hppajxrrw536cdts7zmzlh

I purple-pilled my dog recently and sometimes express thoughts on his behalf.
Some of you might be thinking, “There’s no way you as a heterosexual white male human could understand the *lived experience* of a dog,” but I’ve tripped a fair amount, so I have practice imagining what it’s like.
In any event, Oscar now has an account on NOSTR and I’m not above doxxing my dachshund for engagement. nostr:note178kz3upmc7ufza4tvhq5j46lh2cc3al66008zstpvejyy9vy3u0stvfng6
And how futile and flailing their efforts. Everyone hates this class of craven censors — they are getting routed in this war, and their efforts are only making it worse.
Glad you’re on NOSTR, Stella. One of the people that are making it go, putting out interesting thoughts and ideas, willing to argue/debate them with virtually anyone.
Doing God’s work.
I go back to Twitter once per week, and there’s obviously way more engagement and many more normies to piss off, which I enjoy. But I am throttled there, and it’s a deal breaker.
NOSTR is really limited audience and engagement wise but if I make a post, my followers see it. That’s the promise Twitter broke.
I’m also a content creator, and it’s people like me who make Twitter go. That they would fuck with that is a fatal mistake, IMO.
The creators who are bought off are already co-opted. They might post interesting or truthful things for now, but soon, like an earnest young person trying to make a difference, they will be captured. At some point, they will self-censor so as not to risk losing that ad money. Or they will say it anyway, get in trouble, learn the lesson and leave.
There’s no end game for a centralized platform except co-option or excommunication. Twitter can’t have its creators undermining Elon, Tesla and the platform itself even if that’s exactly what needs to be said.
That said, he’s smarter than his heavy-handed predecessors so it might squeeze out more years, but better to be here, building a life in a free-country, so to speak, even if I have to leave some of my wealth behind.
The one thing that bothers me most about NOSTR is all the nyms. Very few people ID themselves here. I think it should obviously be allowed, but what is the point of free speech (or defending it) if you’re not willing to exercise it with your name attached?
It’s like you’ll shout something while hiding in the shadows, but you won’t stand up and own it.
I get why. I just think it’s way less powerful.
The fucking idiots trying to eradicate “misinformation” from the internet are like biologists trying to eradicate bacteria and viruses from the biosphere.
Living things thrive by adaptation, not sterilization.
Do you understand what fools you sound like? Do understand how moronic you are if you’re going along with this?
Imagine trying to manage the “misinformation” charade in the information age. A bunch of apparatchiks trying to bail water out of a ship that leaks in every direction.
They are losing. Badly.
I go back once/week. But I’m throttled af. Not a solid foundation to build on.
Rare that Spotify’s algo would recommend something I like, but this was suprisringly good — had never heard it before:
