My first thought was David Spade, because the generic name for the design design is called a “spade anchor.” But that’s lacks a flare.

Toss the sausage, or bacon, in the pan. When it’s close to finished, slide it to the high side of the pan (on a boat, there’s always a high side), coir pancake batter to the low side.
When it’s time to flip the pancake, slide the meat to the side, flip the cake to the high side, and drop two eggs to the low side.
