Have you ever been asked for your laptop password at airport security? Is this a thing?

I was traveling domestically in Japan and security asked for laptop password. This obviously set off red flags immediately, especially considering I didn’t have a laptop with me. If I did, I would’ve denied them access without question but it’s strange that they even asked me. It wasn’t even customs… just regular ol’ security screening.

Also, looking around, I didn’t see any manual inspections of any other laptops around me. It’s as if I was singled out.

You don’t have a #Nostr account. You have a key that signs events, and you publish those events, and then anyone who wants to read those events can do so by retrieving them from anywhere they exist. There’s no one to turn it off, there’s no account to suspend or restrict. There is simply information flowing to and from you and everyone else who uses it. This puts the power of speech back in our hands.

62 hours in. Had a hard time going to sleep last night, but I got there. Woke up often, but otherwise just chilled in bed. My stomache was grumbling in the morning, and I figured at this point I was just gassy since that happens often. So I took an anti-gas pill and after an hour or so, I feel a lot better. Wasn't really hungry after all. I do have a weird ache in my left ankle and calf that I'm sure will ease up with time.
