I mean that the past few months were one of the toughest in my life! I lost ~13 kilograms. Now, the life is stabilizing a little bit and I already gained 4 kilograms within 2 weeks. Guess I need to go back to the fasting and eat once in day !

From my experience, if you eat healthy foods, your body will find its ideal weight. My body has done this for almost 20 years now. Have weighed more and less than I weigh now but my body always comes back to this weight when I’m active and eating good food.
