Count three: Wire fraud on Alameda Research lenders
Count four: Conspiracy to commit wire fraud on lenders to Alameda Research
Count five: Conspiracy to commit securities fraud on investors in FTX
Count six: Conspiracy to commit commodities fraud on customers of FTX
Count seven: Conspiracy to commit money laundering 
I expect him to receive a very sassy slap on the wrist and two nights detention

Normally wire fraud is a 30 year term
Can’t do less than his big brother Madoff surely
Look at this guy. I covered him on out podcast a few weeks back. He got 110 yrs or there abouts. Much the same amount of funds involved. If Sam doesn’t get at least 100 it’s political favors.
