I added in 6 yellow onions and let that cook overnight (jar on the right).
The first jar on the left is the broth + fat I scooped out of the onions.

It’s similar to Spanish Chilindron, when I went to go look for recipes afterwards.

I got all my Google Maps saved places exported and imported into FacilMap.
But! They’re all just labelled as “Point” and lost the name of the business.
More research on GeoJSON and FacilMap import formats needed.
I made up a recipe for Whole Wheat Coconut Waffles. It’s a modification of the Buttermilk Waffles recipe I use with my vertical waffle maker.
