Woke autists are the weirdest kind honestly. An oxymoron embodied but they exist
"Did you hear?"
No one tells you because they are afraid to sound weird or crazy.
But most people notice "something" - even if just one thing - that most other people think sounds crazy, or: "known to be untrue" by a plurality of society that is broadly wise, learned, and informed.
It is "known to be untrue" because those with the megaphone - those who are most easily heard - are incentivized to hide the truth. They hide the truth because the truth erodes their power.
How do they get the megaphone?
Those with the megaphone have the megaphone due to their personal incentives and therefore maintain a hold on it for long periods of time. They want it.
Megaphones can be generated and held onto cheaply - naturally - but the average person does not have this power.
The ability to generate megaphones cheaply can only be obtained through fraud, subterfuge, and greed.
Do you listen to the megaphone - the loud voices screaming in your ear to listen, empathize, agree, pledge, serve, donate... to move the fuck along you strange, selfish, racist, guilty CUNT?
Or do you listen to that feeling in your gut that tells you the very good thing you just agreed to with your friend is in fact putrid?
In your experience does the average person have or even crave the megaphone? To be a public personality on the national or world stage? Who craves the megaphone and what is their nature?
Are your friends well meaning subjects but do not realize the nature of the megaphone and its bearer?
Or do they follow what their gut tells them is reasonable - perhaps because it is their personality not to care, or perhaps because the world they have been interacting with their entire lives has hurt them?
Or do they know what they do, but live cowardly, joyless lives?
Tell them.

😳 I've just been zapped for the first time! I haven't really been active much here yet so I hadn't been expecting zaps.
But also funny because literally last night or the night before I had a dream that I got my first zap, and, being the dream world, the excitement was accentuated. In my dream I opened up the WoS app to check and saw a hundred or so sats.
Just this afternoon I opened the app to double check whether it was a dream or real life. It was a dream 😂 And then like an hour or two later I got zapped for real! So cool
Also my first time using lighting in any way whatsoever. Ok I'm done now lol

The beauty is everyone can speak and individuals can mute accounts, but no central authority can. Feels like (paid, inevitably) relays are like miners and users are like (bitcoin) nodes in terms of network incentives and agency.
