Imagens do circuito de segurança do banco flagraram a ação. Vítima perdeu R$ 2,5 mil e só percebeu que caiu em um golpe depois que saiu do local. Trio é preso suspeito de enganar idosos com golpe em agência bancária

Três homens, de 26, 28 e 31 anos, foram presos suspeitos de aplicarem golpes em idosos dentro de uma agência bancária do Centro de Limeira (SP). Imagens do circuito de segurança do local flagraram a ação dos criminosos, no último sábado (8), e foram divulgadas nesta terça-feira (11). Assista no VÍDEO, acima.

Nas imagens, é possível ver que a agência estava movimentada. Além do idoso, havia outros clientes.

O crime ocorreu por volta das 8h30 deste último sábado (8). Um dos criminosos, de roupa social, analisava o movimento de pessoas nos caixas eletrônicos. Em seguida, se aproximou do idoso no terminal e ofereceu ajuda para a vítima que tentava sacar dinheiro.

Sem que o idoso percebesse, o criminoso digitou o valor de R$ 2,5 mil para o saque no caixa eletrônico que a vítima estava. Antes de o dinheiro ser liberado, ele entrou na frente do idoso, disse que o terminal estava com problemas e, depois, o levou para outro caixa, mais afastado.

Na sequência, um outro criminoso, que também usava roupa social, foi até o primeiro caixa e retirou o dinheiro. Enquanto isso, o primeiro homem ajudou a vítima a fazer um saque de R$ 300 no segundo terminal. Um terceiro suspeito dava cobertura ao lado de fora da agência e aguarda a dupla.

O idoso só percebeu o golpe quando saiu do banco, porque chegaram mensagens no celular dele avisando sobre os dois saques, o de R$ 300 e o de R$ 2,5 mil. Ele chegou a avisar a polícia. O trio fugiu em um carro prata.

Com a ajuda dos sistema de inteligência da Polícia Militar (PM), as equipes localizaram o carro dos suspeitos da capital paulista. Os homens vão responder por estelionato e associação criminosa.

Operação da PF prende suspeitos de tráfico internacional de drogas no litoral de SP e em Portugal

Alvos são acusados de agir de forma associada para inserir drogas, por meio de mergulhadores, em navios com destino à Europa. A Polícia Federal de Santos, no litoral de São Paulo, deflagrou a Operação Emergentes contra o tráfico internacional de drogas, organização criminosa e lavagem de dinheiro nesta terça-feira (11). Três pessoas foram presas, sendo um casal na Baixada Santista e um homem apontado como líder da quadrilha em Portugal.

Os alvos da operação são acusados de agir de forma associada para inserir drogas, por meio de mergulhadores, em navios com destino à Europa.

O objetivo era cumprir 26 mandados de busca e apreensão: 17 em Guarujá, dois em Santos, dois em Ribeirão Preto (SP), dois em Rolândia (PR), um em Birigui (SP) e outro em Criciúma (SC), além de um mandado em Portugal, por meio de cooperação jurídica internacional.

E sete de prisão: seis em Guarujá e um em Portugal. O homem investigado por liderar a quadrilha foi detido em Portugal. Com ele, foram apreendidas armas. De acordo com apuração da TV Tribuna, afiliada da Globo, um casal foi preso e encaminhado para a delegacia da PF em Santos ainda na manhã desta terça.

Os agentes da PF contaram com apoio de policiais do Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep) na operação.

De acordo com a PF, a investigação que resultou nos mandados foi derivada da Operação Solis, deflagrada em dezembro de 2021 pelo Grupo de Atuação Especial de Combate ao Crime Organizado do Ministério Público (Gaeco/MP).

Na ocasião, algumas pessoas foram presas por tráfico internacional de drogas no estado do Espírito Santo e mandados foram cumpridos em cidades de São Paulo. O homem apontado como líder da organização criminosa estava entre os envolvidos.
