Reposts and zaps are true value exchange…and have a real cost: your reputation or money.

Likes are superficial and exist only to inform an algorithm.

Relevance algorithms have their place, but they are best informed by a truly costly action.

If anyone still has any doubts about this place, that’s OK. For me I feel I can clearly see how this scales, and I feel I am starting to glimpse what will emerge with nostr social.

It works, no middle man, no permission, no authority.

It aggregates public relays for me which I assume reduces bandwidth for my client because I am not directly connected to them.

The filter function loads events from your follows and their follows, which made missing events completely disappear for me.

Overall the experience improved a lot since I added them
