She is pretending that she is fine on the phone with him when she isn’t. He dresses up as a panda and engages her in a child’s game to pull her out of the horrible memories.

If there are statistically many very young girls watching, then perhaps they see themselves in squeaky voiced female leads? It would be better to give them more mature role models.
That is one of the reasons why I like "My Journey to You". Not my usual drama fare and I'm not binging it butI like the way it is unfolding..

Just inked up my TWSBI 🖋️ I have to mark essays today so I decided to see if my fine nib will take a shimmer ink without clogging. Usually, I use broad nibs for shimmer ink but I would like to mark with shimmer ink. So far there is a faint shimmer in the ink swatch and it hasn't clogged, but I'll be writing on poor quality paper so time will tell.

Have been melting soaps and unmoulding them 🌸 It's easy and a lot of fun. I mixed in some marine clay to make it green and some pink soap colouring to make the others transparent mauve. I like bars of soap because it reduces plastic and I can make fun shapes.

This week I managed to sew a little each day 🧵🪡 or rather some days, I pinned before handsewing 🌸 The skirt will be pleated and there are two panels each 180 cm wide that I'm handsewing down the seams to make them invisible. So it is slow going.

I'm trying out a new habit 🧵🪡 Normally, I struggle to find time to sew during the school year. I want to try to do some sewing right after I come home from school. Normally, I simply fall asleep on the sofa but perhaps it is possible to sew instead?
I have finished one side seam of the skirt and pinned the second side. Now it needs to be pressed, then pinned at 1 cm, pressed and then handsewn.

Just finished making a batch of body butter 🌸 It was really easy to make and I decided to tint it with purple powder. It almost makes it look even more white than without it. The fragrance is lavender.
The recipe I used is from Hedenhus.

Have just begun watching "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" 🌸 This is quite unusual for me since I prefer Cdramas to Kdramas. But I was getting tired of the silly nature of "The Princess and the Werewolf" despite Chen Zheyuan so I decided to try a more intense drama.

Tonight I made nut bars 😋 This is part of my school prep. We start school again on Monday so it's a good time to prepare these snacks to eat during the school day. I don't eat a big lunch at school, because it makes me sleepy but a small pack of these sweet nut bars keep me going.
