X killing it
What a joke. I'm done with LNVPS. nostr:nprofile1qqs0ekqcg4qq9fky02vq8yls2jdvde3f62x4dzq3fwmqmqcmtsvr9fcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzvuhsz9thwden5te0dehhxarj9ehhsarj9ejx2a30qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7m5lzc5
One of the most enjoyable and enriching aspects of my Linux tutoring is the discussions that go on during the week outside the formal class; what does it all mean, why is it important and how to stay ahead of spooks of all sorts. It's great!

I'm sure that your remaining customers, such as myself, want to support lnvps by waiting this issue out, but we've had no servers for almost two weeks!
I CANNOT be without my services for much longer. Please peovide a *realistic* ETA for solving the issue so users can make a decision. Thanks.
Service coming and going for many days. Either they successfully deal with these attacks or I'm migrating all my VPSs elsewhere.
1984 went nuts with pricing so I stopped using them. I'm trying lnvps out. I like them, but I will stop using them if they don't start responding faster to outages. I've stopped recommending them because of that. Yesterday they went down and it took more than 12 hours to come back online. That's unacceptable.
There's other services like alexhost, vpsbg... You can check those out.
They are more expensive, but at least they stay up.
π Not a good look when you have an outage for at least half a day and you don't acknowledge the issue to your clients LNVPS.net
FYI, in case my promo video was not clear:
My Linux teaching involves an almost year long 4 part structured and documented course. It covers the basics rigorously, so there are no shortcuts. It requires commitment.
I don't do consultations, I do POW pedagogy.

Your website is down. Do you still provide vps services?
That's why I'm not posting this here, and not on facebook
As btc goes mainstream, companies will get captured and products compromised. Nowadays, most who LARP "trust don't verify" are unable to interact with the bitcoin network without "help" from 3rd parties. Asserting your sovereignty is more important than ever!
If you're not validating your own receiving tx privately, YNGMI. Visit my YT channel and get your shit together.
So how much is a privacy preserving *budget* BTC node accessible from anywhere in the world through clearnet/tor/i2p that you can remotely manage and point your wallets to?

After completing my GPG videos, many of you have been emailing me encrypted messages over the years.
Remember what I discussed about key rotation? Well, my subkeys expired this week, so here's how to update them if you already have them in your keyring.
$ gpg --refresh-keys
If it fails, specify a different key server:
$ gpg --refresh-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu[dot]com
If that doesn't work, download the public key manually from the key server providing the fingerprint of my master certifying key, and "--import" it
If you cannot verify the following signature, it cannot be said that I'm responsible for this. LOL.
Let's see who's first.

I've had some content removed from my YouTube channel due to violations of their Community Guidelines.
LOL, listen to this... I must go through a "policy training" before I'm "allowed" to delete the offending content.
So that's it. My channel will cease to exist in a few weeks I guess.
All my content is available here:
