Devstr.org is looking for a software developer to install a high-speed paid Nostr relay. The current spec is nostream on dedicated Digital Ocean instance (relay.devstr.org). Here's a link with instructions: https://andreneves.xyz/p/how-to-setup-a-paid-nostr-relay.

Possible alternative includes new LNbits paid relay extension. Existing LND lightning instance on Voltage.

There doesn't seem to have anything obvious related to account and/or login options. Am I missing something?

It seems to use whatever alby account is active. To changes accounts, close browser tab, change active alby account and open primal.net again.
