*Should* and *is* are different though. It's certainly true that humans *do* fill the available space, but that's different from *should*.
Of course, in practicality, we have to deal with the situation we inherit, whatever that may be.
I don't think it follows that just because there is a lot of livable space necessarily means that we should fill it. There's a good in making human-centric cities and towns but leaving much of the land in a more natural state.
Ideally, every family would own a car and be able to travel at will, but cities would be built for humans, not cars.
If you like to talk about Bitcoin this is definitely a good place for it.
There's other stuff too! Take a look around and see what you find!
When I do the budgeting each month, I record the automatic paycheck tax deductions as payments to the IRS so I never forget exactly how much money the feds take from my family.

I'd love to live in a world where I could bike to most of the places I needed to go.

Lightning gets credit in my mind as a big selling point for Nostr. I'm more motivated to put effort into content when I can easily get paid for it.
But I agree, it's a means, not an end. There are lots of other things that sell Nostr.
I feel like non-Bitcoin content gets zero interaction here. I try to avoid posting about Bitcoin, not because it's not interesting to me, but because that's what everyone else talks about, and some variety would be nice.
New Patreon logo? Kinda fugly. When does the minimalism trend reverse?

I think Typescript is great when you want the benefits of object-oriented code but you still want to go rogue and do weird JS stuff when it's convenient
Airplanes should always be boarded back to front. No one gets stuck waiting in the aisles that way. Everyone saves time.
Not sure how getting on early with time to "get settled in" actually matters when everyone else on the plane walks past you. It's not like the flight attendants are mixing drinks for the front rows while everyone else boards.

Our first solution should not be to tell women to get back in the kitchen, but to offer help to the parents we're friends with. Help them tidy up the house, cook dinners for them, watch the kids while their mother works a shift. That's real and attainable cultural change.
