No it is not. I have been kind to people all my life, and what I got back is crap, harassment, abuse and lies.

I have seen this plenty of times before and it should probably be shown many, many more times. Everything is rooted in lies and deception. I need to know what this is about and who is involved.

In my case, I actually *challenged* these people to produce there claims as to align all the supposed claims, lies and deception and it never happened. I also challenged them to attack me based on my work instead of on supposed (false) claims. It never happened. Some people are too invested in the lies to want to hear the truth.
Although it is important to distinguish your own goals from other people's false perceptions and false claims and other bullshit.
For example, I never chased "ego boosts" and I've been quite open about *why* I did what I did. However, I have heard about 8+ years of people twisting words, stating claims that were never made, implying meaning that was never there.
No matter what you do, where, how or why, you cannot beat people being idiots and assholes. Especially not if they're invested in the lies and deception.
