I do. Apple’s file management is worse. Yet they do everything else so seamless, so I sometimes wonder if they do it on purpose.

For example making it hard to download videos or music makes you pay for their premium streamed content or buying music directly from their store.

But since I need this said feature like 2-3 times a year, I am still able to bear it.

I am using it for a portion of stack… but as much as it helps… it’s a safety risk.

There is state (or rather EU) finances “fact checking” going on, selectively censoring even those claim that can’t be at this time and space objectively flagged as true/false and so on. I would then proceed to rewrite the article about censorship.

We, the Czechs have enough experiences with state controlled censors - we were a communist ruled country.

Our modern constitution say that “censorship is forbidden”, but I would make it more specific because some kind of censhorship is still present. I believe you either have or do not have the freedom of speech and we’re far from it, I can tell.

Imagine 2007. I wrote short story called “THE SYSTEM_” when I was in highscholl. I was 18 yo.

I didn’t know anything about #ancap, I didn’t read #cryptopunk manifesto #Bitcoin was not invented at the time, yet I remember I somehow pictured a totalitarian future we’re actually heading towards right now (probably heavily influenced by #Matrix and likes). One in which your right to ride a bus can be rewoked because THE SYSTEM_ knows you should be in school at the moment. THE SYSTEM_ knows, you broke the rules and punishes you the way it sees fit. For this, THE SYSTEM_ sometimes just do not provide it’s services to you, sometimes it let police beat you and sometimes it marks you it’s enemy so everyone is turned against you. #CBDC, anyone?!

Which is actually how the story ended. The protagonist - my alter ego, didn’t make it. Because he thought he was alone at that time.
