Relays + clients yeah.

You can censor content on your relay, but users can easily switch to another relay by changing your relay list unlike Mastodon which requires a whole server migration process.

The point is that you can post to multiple relays under the same identifier (public keys), so if your posts are censored on one, people can access your other relays to retrieve your posts.

If OP seems to be easily censored like that, it is quite likely that they were just posting to a handful of relays owned by the same entity - which is just bad practice anyway.

I've never seen those two phrases either during my time in Twitter (still ongoing).
