Bitcoin is the protocol that will set us free...

Yesterday I attended Satoshi Labs meetup focused on bitcoin privacy and their new coinjoin feature.

I incredibly enjoyed it. Being surrounded by super smart & positive bitcoin people always energizes my brain. πŸ™

Another reason to focus more on leaving the fiat mines behind and searching for job in #bitcoin industry.

Just got back from Satoshi Labs privacy meetup.

I always feel so mentally energized after #bitcoin meetups. Also being surrounded by hypersmart people from Satoshi Labs is really uplifting one's spirit and provides great food for my brain. πŸ™

Bitcoin gave me so much more than "just" incorruptible, Independent and fair money. πŸ€”πŸ™

Bring in important creators and influencers. People will follow.

Just as people followed Joe Rogan to Spotify. Few people like this on #nostr and the landscape will start to change dramatically.

Also educating people on importance of freedom of speech and how #nostr enables it is a big one. But most people don't care and those who do likely are familiar with nostr already.

I was at Comic Con Prague this weekend. It was nice to remind myself some old passions I had before #bitcoin. Helps to keep me grounded.

Pretty disgusting, unethical and down right evil if you ask me.

Just met an old acquaintance. After hours of conversation topic (what a surprise!) touched on #bitcoin.

Long story short: I'm really tired of people whose ego doesn't allow them to absorb new knowledge or to think about something in a different way.

Long story less short:

He is someone working in IT, having good overall knowledge of the tech industry. I would argue that he knows more about bitcoin than 98.32% of population. Yet he was very wrong about quite a lot of stuff.

What astonished me was how adamant and convinced he was that he's right on stuff he didn't know anything about. Like on what hardware is bicoin being mined, what mining actually is, how are transactions related to mining, ...

There is no deeper message to this post. It's just a rant.

I have to disagree. #bitcoin is for everybody regardless its price.

Even if you stack 5 sats every month. It's 5 sats nobody can take away from you or dilute.

What an interesting development. :) #Nostr is sucking in everyone who understands its potential. Much like #bitcoin

I've been using Plebstr in parallel with Amethyst on my Android. You still have long way to go, but I believe it could become go-to client for many in time...

I wonder do you consider and/or have any ideas already to add to Plebstr some other non-twitter functionality enabled by nostr protocol itself? Such as decentralized git-like storage or some interesting visualization of messages different from what others are doing?

If you want to effectively short the state, take as much and as big loans as you can and buy #bitcoin - you're basically creating more inflation, dumping fiat into the market while securing hardest asset ever engineered.

Wait for the price to go up. Repay debts so you can take more and bigger loans.

Rinse & Repeat.

This is not financial advice. πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

My guess is it tracks posts with #bitcoin hashtag and/or where it's tagged. And then uses algorithm to analyze keywords and compose post from pre-prepared paragraphs of text. And probably leveraging ChatGPT to certain degree as well.

Btw, how come you're not listed anymore to attend tomorrow's security meetup in ParalelnΓ Polis?

Same goes for men, though. Being reasonably confident in yourself goes a long way. πŸ˜…

Also in Shawshank Redemption Red travels to the hayfield up near Buxton.

Just how my mind works...

When somebody hits me with diversification, I ask them:

If 2+2 is 4, will you check in the quiz also options 3 and 5 to diversify?

Same goes for #bitcoin- When there's one right solution, there's just one right solution. No diversification necessary.

Rookie question: Do you store all the notes or are you purging them once they cross some threshold of an age? I guess it's not sustainable to keep them all... πŸ€”

I've never received a single batch. I'm not really sure what it's good for... πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

And I wonder if it would change if I got bunch of them. πŸ€” But to me it feels kind of inconsequential to the actual purpose of #nostr...
