Reading the Kernighan book on Go right now. Looking forward to getting to the fun stuff.
Great way to keep the most productive and low income people (of *every* color and ancestry) disenfranchised
If your government cared about your vote, Election Day would be a national holiday with mandatory time off.
Idk what I expected from you this morning nostr:npub1ppjkfvk0ek3g584gp7qp9d3znwdznadchet7q2aez9r27620n9zs45xvx2 , but this was not it. This… was not it.
It is 330 am, I haven’t even dosed off, and I’m due to be at work in less than three hours.
I hate when this happens.
It’s kinda a warranty on steroids. Covers accidental damage in addition to defect. Coverage is for two years. Since I bought my MacBook towards the end of the Intel run, it’s just a mark of age and moving towards obsolescence.
I’m pretty sure Apple isn’t spending as much time optimizing for the Intel arch anymore. I wouldn’t either. They’re on their third generation of ARM chips. Thus, things just aren’t snappy like they used to be.
I could probably get more years out of it, but when I compare it to my other machines…
Tfw your trusty MacBook Pro finally ages out of AppleCare.
Prolly need to get an M class one soon.
Reinforces the echo chamber.
One would hope. Please share your experience if you pull the trigger on Logic. I haven’t done any scoring in years, but it’d be fun to dabble again.
Minus the score editor, I would’ve said LMMS - which is FOSS - but it has limitations. Might still be useful in conjunction with Logic. A lot of good open source synths in that one.
Feeling is mutual. Happy nostrversary
Logic Pro has a score editor, along with the other features you listed, and imo is good (subjective) but I’m not sure what is inexpensive to you.
Good point. Perhaps I should switch primary and backup then. 🫂
You’re in the right place. We’re all losers winning here.
🤣😂
I hope not. I’ve always wanted to lose at social media.
I live in a “democracy” (by the new definition) in which at least at 80% super-majority is unrepresented.
Irony abounds.
