I felt a little sad when I woke up and checked and there were zero zaps. 😔🤣

Previously in life, getting a small fraction of money not even big enough to use to get something wasn't fun.

With bitcoin, I'm excited even for one single sat! Even though I need over 1000 to reach a full dollar.

When money is real and grows is buying power, it's fun collecting even the smallest fraction, because unlike fiat, I know that one day, I'll be able to use that one sat for a direct purchase of something I want. 😎

This is why property taxes need to be abolished! Because right now, we're all just renting property from the government, and thus, they get to decide what happens on the property.

It's like an apartment, the owner needs to agree to anything you do inside it, because ultimately, it's not yours.

So, unlike an apartment, there is no other person involved in the property, however, the government still is 😔

We got property where the local government doesn't really care about enforcing permits. However, they can get anal at any moment and start going after everyone in our area, because it's still under their control. If we don't pay the property tax, they'll take it from us.

And this is why some people are better suited to be employees. Sure they have the risk of getting fired, but they avoid the weight of the constant balancing act of making the final decisions that can either grow or cave the business, dealing with the changing need of customers, and so on.

The entrepreneur feels all the ups and downs, but the employee only feels it once the down has happened for too long and the entrepreneur can't pay the employee anymore.

(Unless the employee's own actions don't align with the work they're hired to do and then they can get fired sooner, but that's a different point)

I've never heard anyone thinking Catholics love Mary too much. It's that they seem to go to her instead of communicating directly with Jesus. The scripture below is part of why it seems to odd when Catholics seem to go talk to Mary instead of God to help with their prayer requests, because Jesus is very clear that she doesn't actually have any extra space or claim to his time. So, telling her about my needs is like telling any other human. So, it's sad when Catholics are taught to talk to her instead of directly communicating with God.

But I haven't met all Christians, maybe some think it's about loving her too much 🤔

I remember a family with maybe 7 kids moving to my small hometown as a kid and the adults were kind of in awe.

There are those tv shows with 16 kids and counting or something. But most of them are portrayed as odd and weird and extreme. But really, the only difference is that thanks to modern knowledge, all of their kids survived, unlike 100 years ago.

I love when I hear that bitcoiners are almost competing about how many kids they have, because we see kids as good!!
