Dictadorship in Brasil

A lot of what gets called "ambition" in the corporate world is actually just insecurity with a propensity for fraud, theft, & manipulation. The person who sees a skilled & intelligent coworker as a threat that they need to undermine & defeat is not ambitious toward acquiring knowledge, or toward productive achievements, they are simply chasing empty status without any connection to reality at all.
