Gleason usually says that the current Nostr needs work, but once that work is done, it’s going to be better for everyone. I look forward to seeing if that’s true.

I’m not a very good programmer but nothing about it seems unfixable. The reason devs say they like Nostr is because it’s so easy to build on.

Mr Gleason mentioned something about this in a recent podcast. Luckily it seems like it’s not very difficult to change things like this in Nostr. It’s just a matter of someone doing it.
Used to be it would look jerky, and if there was any choreography, the timing would be destroyed.
AI upscales are just now getting pretty good, if they’re done right, so it doesn’t surprise me if frame interpolation is decent now too.

If it was just a decentralized church and the doctrine was all solid, I would agree. We can have catholicity of faith without explicit communion in all cases, but a lot of these denominations don’t even believe in the real presence in the Eucharist; the center of all Christian worship. So I can’t really cosign division as a feature.
