Who are normies? What do they believe?

IMO the normie mind can be explained by the following 10 normie commandments.

1. Individual human action has low or no effect on the world.

2. Mainstream news is mostly honest and reflects reality.

3. Institutions are trustworthy

4. Thinking via convention is the only worthwhile thought pattern.

5. Comfort is the highest pursuit in life, both physical and psychological.

6. Consumption is desirable, creation is not.

7. Authority figures are legitimate and deserve respect.

8. Conventional career paths are the most valuable in our society.

9. You can’t predict what will happen next.

10. Risk is intolerable and should be treated as such.

Me: “Do you want life to get less expensive over time and quality to improve?”

Normie: “Is this a trick question?”

Me: “No.”

Normie: “Uhh… of course I do.”

Me: “Then save in #Bitcoin.”

Normie: “How much bitcoin should I buy?”

Me: “It depends. How much of your life expenses would you like to get cheaper over time? And how much would you like the quality of your life to improve?”

Normie: “Uhh… all of it?”

Me: “Then there’s your answer.”

Normie: “This sounds too good to be true. I’m going to stick with cash in the bank.”

Me: “It’s your decision. Call me when you’re ready to get ahead, instead of always falling behind.”

Normie: “Lol… okay.”

Me: “Lol.”

Sometimes retards say to me “but what if you had gone all in on something else and lost?” And it’s like yeah but I didn’t stupid. I went all in on the thing that won and won.

“Well how did you know?”

Listen I could give you all the reasons but the truth is you wouldn’t believe them.

Because you don’t believ in anything.

A gentle reminder that we are living in a tumultuous and sometimes confusing transition period from government-sponsored (and controlled) proof of stake monetary and financial systems to a decentralized, secure, proof of work, neutral, energy-based monetary and financial network.

In other words, we are literally living through the separation of money and state.

This is an extremely big deal for all of humanity.

In light of this…

Have some grace and patience.

Many will make mistakes.

Many will resist the transition, but later repent.

It will be awkward for several years… even decades.

But, in the end…

It is inevitable…

That #Bitcoin will win.

Because Bitcoin is better money for a better world.

Even though many of us here have transitioned our time to a paradigm change that unites 8 billion people on this planet, many of our friends and people we love…have not yet.

Their world view (and maybe partly ours too) is then still infected by a system that preys on them. Extracts from them. Keeps them stuck. If that is true, then it is hard to stay above the noise when the people we love, people they love, and so on, are “experiencing” a pain that is very real.

All around us, unbelievable tragedy and chaos with people taking sides, while believing that they’re or their side is justified in the stealing from, harming, or killing of other people for “their” cause. Our politics, our media, our institutions are all similarity captured by it - leading to further division and righteousness, while people become numb to it all - mostly unaware of how it is hurting them deeply. How could it not?

This is the lens of the world that the majority is looking through, reinforcing, and making stronger through everything they see and do.

Just as real to them….as the truth, hope, and abundance that #Bitcoin imposes on the world is for us.

Yes, we “try” to stay above it because we know that the system problem cannot be solved from within it, and our time is more valuable in bending reality to the new system.

But

it is worth a reminder as we go this chaotic transition that so few understand:

When someone we love hurts, we hurt too.

And there is still much hurt.
