I just finished reading this last night. Great book if anyone is interested in learning about the disastrous outcomes which have been produced by the processed food market. Read with caution.

I think you would enjoy this book.
Honestly, I could do it but it's just as Freedom Smuggler said. Currently, there is no lightning channel that can handle a transaction of that size. Not one that I know of anyway.

Top-tier diet routine:
1. Breakfast:
β’ 3 over-easy eggs, a lightly buttered English
muffin, and a small amount of fruit
2. Lunch:
β’ Grilled fish or chicken with a side of mixed veggies
such as roasted carrots, sliced tomatoes and
cucumbers
β’ Grilled eggplant with a side of mixed fruit such as
apples, mango, and watermelon
3. Dinner:
β’ Any kind of lean meat with a lightly buttered
baked potato and some brown rice
β’ A small salad
The treasury, the reserve, the HHS, but the DOE might be a branch that we'll be forced to cooperate with.
