Messaging apps focus on "end-to-end encryption" as the be all and end all of privacy and security, but what about the keyboard you're typing into? Swiftkey has over a billion installs on Android, often preinstalled, is owned by Microsoft, and traverses all apps.

It is a frustrating but spectacular feature of #Bitcoin that, even if a ton of computing power comes online to eat up the mempool, it'll soon be back to one block every 10 minutes. All that hashrate outside of Bitcoin, but hardly any notice inside.
If algorithms were motivated towards human flourishing rather than profit generation, perhaps they would do this in an effort to get you offline, which is better for you
