I am interested in finding companies developing fully autonomous AI primary healthcare physicians (Yes, the ones that could replace a qualified, medically trained professional). I appreciate that there are serious clinical risk issues, patient safety, legal and governance concerns, and many other issues. I am not wanting to enter into a debate about these valid concerns. I am, however, looking to tap into the collective Nostr hive-mind and find companies exploring this space globally.

Agree 100%. Healthcare is also uniquely at risk as many end users have substandard training and are not technically native.
The one thing that will severely impact our future is that technologically enabled humans have been programmed to have an attention span similar to that of a goldfish. This might not end well.
