Today for the first time in zap.store , a developer has published their own app 🤩
That is ngit by nostr:nprofile1qqs2qzx779ted7af5rt04vzw3l2hpzfgtk0a2pw6t2plaz4d2734vngpzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzv9hxgtcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hj7hycrvd (a CLI package)
We'll be reaching out to more CLI and Android devs to follow suit!

Note that ngit -V will correctly show 1.4.3 !
There was an issue in my computer, that's why you see 0.0.1 in the screenshot
Yes!

I see ngit on the relay but I can't install it, as its kind 32267 lacks "f" tags (platform). That's a bit odd. Mind sharing the yaml snippet you used? Also, sure you were on 0.0.4? Check zapstore -v
What would happen if Casa got removed from the App Store?
You can use Sovereign Recovery, but you can also turn off app deletion on iOS devices. Here's how:
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > Don't Allow
We recommend doing this in advance. Read more about Sovereign Recovery here: https://support.casa.io/knowledge/sovereign-recovery-for-bitcoin-vaults

Let us know where you release your APKs!
Great to meet you too man! Thanks for the feedback, I'll have a closer look at these issues and hopefully add an alternative way of signing

Hey! Indexer was down and I just fixed it
Are you in #nostriga ?
Come to the Sign your apps workshop! 1pm
zap.store is the cypherpunk alternative to that
You can choose to run Amber completely offline with no OS permissions whatsoever.
Not the case for Amethyst.
It's like moving your passwords from chrome to keepass.
Waiting for them to clarify where the source code is (on another repository) but might just add it
Exactly! Not your twatter web of trust that can be manipulated by Elon
Please note: we do NOT control the domain simplexchat.org
It might be a phishing site to collect the data (it has an exact copy of our website https://simplex.chat).
We submitted the complaint to the domain registrar (GNAME).
Do NOT download anything from simplexchat.org, obviously.
This is why you should place less trust in domain names, and more trust in your cryptographic web of trust.
zap.store fixes this

didn't see this, tag me next time haha, I'm on here all the time. Asking about getting nostr:npub1uq70uqgas9pyhds2zt57kr9se8rg3s68ztphjnq82ts8rzeknmeql7u0c2 account access so I can respond there too
Any chance you could place your APK release along with the source code? If we index Fedi from fedibtc/fedi-alpha it will appear as if it was closed source (no actual code in that repo)
Thank you! Did you let us know your issue and device info alread,? So I can troubleshoot
I want to move away from GitHub and start using #ngit. Does nostr:npub10r8xl2njyepcw2zwv3a6dyufj4e4ajx86hz6v4ehu4gnpupxxp7stjt2p8 work independent of the apk hosting site or is it GitHub only right now? nostr:npub1wf4pufsucer5va8g9p0rj5dnhvfeh6d8w0g6eayaep5dhps6rsgs43dgh9
Very close to supporting additional sources.
And zapstore-cli will support uploading local artifacts when self-signing! Working on it right now
