I did take the photo. Around 2005. It was on an small expedition ship to places at the Antarctic Peninsula (Lemaire channel, deception island, elephant island are a few places I saw). I believe it is the most northern part of Antarctica, indeed around 60degrees.

So a few years ago I gave my newborn nieces each a hww and 100,- in bitcoin , to get them ‘off zero’, so to speak.
I am afraid that if they can hopefully hodl it for 20 years or so, the onchain fees will be crazy high compared to the value of the transaction.
What would be best to do? I guess that’s unavoidable when you want to have it in self custody?
