I hope you understand that there is a community of people who look up to you; and sometimes they are called out for alienating the artists, distracting from the tallent, and being unhelpful by reminding of the dangers of centralization. They learned it from you! ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Hey nostr:npub13ql75nq8rldygpkjke47y893akh5tglqtqzs6cspancaxktthsusvfqcg7

Do you ever reflect on how talking crap about #YouTube #AppleMusic #Spotify is hurting the artists?

Most artists are trying really hard to earn a living on these platforms, and what you and Dave are doing is not helping them.

Wait, you're saying I've been investing in learning how to self-host my music and have it available on all RSS spec-compliant apps, but it's all for naught because some guys on nostr refuse to acknowledge I exist or did any of those things?

Where do I sign up?

I don't know how to react with poop emoji, so I am dropping it here๐Ÿ’ฉbecause this post is well paired with my pooping on company time.

"You'll never survive on v4v alone"

Have you ever considered getting a real job? Have you ever seen a good plumber or electrician starving?

After fixing your toilets and wiring your smart-charger, some of these absolute Chad and Chadettes are actually building decentralized value infrastructure in their spare time. Some of them even produce content on the internet.

If your plan is to create content for monetary gain, you have to ask yourself if it's worth as much as the price of the guy or gal who is fixing your car. Is your content as valuable as the roofer preventing your house from rotting?

Maybe it is, but also, maybe it isn't.

Remember this article from last year?

TL;DR:

"People are stupid. They need to be told what to do because they stupid, and asking them for money is a waste of time and money. They can't recognize value unless you trick them by charging them"

The rest of V4V open ecosystem has several apps for all platforms... Like an actual OPEN ECOSYSTEM ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Get a class-compliant usb audio interface to plug the XLR into the computer.

Make sure audacity is set to use 2 or more channels for recording.

If you install Raysession, you can see exactly what is plugging into what; make sure Audacity is recieving both mics.

Press record.

P.S: if you selected 2 channels, Audacity will mix them into one stereo channel, so when you're done recording, right-click the channel and separate into 2 mono channels and pan them both to the middle.

I don't get why the US government doesn't just drop a nuke on Russia? It would prevent Ukrainians from dying!
