This week, for the first time ever, someone brought up #Bitcoin.
Actually he brought up Blockchain technology, suggesting it could be used at our job. I asked him to walk me through it, he hesitated, so I revealed myself as a Bitcoiner. (Didn't mention the pod, gotta stay shady my friends)
So he begins to tell me he believes in some other "form" of Bitcoin that is "better" because it's faster. ("Bitcoin is too slow") He went on to explain his history of working to advance understanding of Blockchain technology and that that's where the future is but not Bitcoin. Instead, some other form of Bitcoin.

The most frustrating part is that the conversation happened in front of two people who knew nothing about Bitcoin. And this guy was clouding up their heads with nonsense.

I don't really get the hate... In that logic literally everyone is selfish in some way and deserves to be called out for...
One feature that I loved with Bittr and Pocket here in Europe, was the choice to share with them a wallet's xpub so every time they would send me bitcoin in my hardware wallet they would automatically choose a new unused address.
Otherwise you have everyone beat, with the 0 DCA fees and 0 fees with "slow" withdrawal...
That's a lot of cheese...
