My two cents, I think as time goes on and BTC is used more as a settlement layer, privacy on the base chain will be less of a concern for everyday people. The bigger worry will be Lightning privacy.

This is nice, but in a way I don't care anymore. Buying BTC was and is the right move regardless of price.
In poker we called this "results-oriented" thinking. Base your decisions on sound strategy and mathematics and don't worry about the result.
Sparrow Wallet is quite good and I used that for a while
I don't really understand why Samourai Wallet is a mobile app instead of a desktop application. Doesn't make sense for something that has to be left running for extended periods of time to work properly.

I took a brief look at it and it does seem nice, although haven't tried using it yet.
As much as KYC sucks I still feel the non-KYC alternatives need work, especially if you're doing DCA. For me based on current comfort levels KYC coins that are immediately washed through coin join is probably the slightly preferred option.
This is ambitious. Can't say I would ever want to put medical data on nostr. I see it more as a very effective way of broadcasting public communications.
