I saw someone say that we can safely assume and agree that bitcoin will be worth at least 1 million in a decade from now

I would argue MUCH higher but I think that's a good starting point

Using this bitcoin to get a loan and making payments by either:

Earning fiat

Earning bitcoin

Shaving off some bitcoin

You would be able to live very comfortably off of this

AND the best part?

The banks are going to WANT bitcoin as collateral because of it's global liquidity (and of course its appreciation)

Compare this to someone with land as their collateral

If you stop making payments, the bank has to sell your land

Think of the process involved and the limited market for land in your area

Now think about them having to sell your bitcoin

10 minutes to a global market and a fair value for your sats

It's so obvious.
