He talks a lot about the labor market vanishing and economy collapsing because people will have no money to spend. In that context, the implied solution is to get to a point where you earn your money from property, physical or intellectual or else you're fucked.

What I don't get is who will pay you your fees/rent/buy property if nobody has money to spend? Whether you are offering a service by selling your time or some property for rent, you compete in the same market for the same amount of money available in it. What decides whether you will earn is the value of your offering for people, not the type of offering.

In my view the safest way to ensure wellbeing is to be able to produce what you need and know people who you can trade with for the stuff you can't produce yourself.

Our MSM doesn't let facts get in the way of propaganda goals.

"One of the real-life cases the show was based on involved a black London schoolboy stabbing a black London schoolgirl to death over a teddy-bear. Another involved a transsexual schoolboy merely dressed as a schoolgirl, being stabbed by another (biologically real) schoolgirl, who possessed a kill-list of future intended victims, every last one of whom was male. And yet the ‘teachable lesson’ to be drawn was somehow that the true problem here was toxic white masculinity."

It is happening again right now in Europe.

Reiner Fuelmich, a lawyer who was working on a big lawsuit to prosecute states for their COVID response, is in prison on trumped up charges which break standard court procedure like they did with Assange.

Calin Georgescu is an ex-UN Special Rapporteur turned whistleblower, who exposed Agenda2030 and organised pedophilia among other things in an interview with Reiner Fuellmich. https://rumble.com/v3jc6h8-un-whistleblower-clin-georgescu.html

He won the first round in the presidentials elections in Romania, only to get imprisoned and banned from running again.

They for sure found ways to avoid the sanctions, as in to trade in spite of them, very successfully.

I wish they were embracing bitcoin... the most helpful they are in that respect is by providing a separate jurisdiction which is unlikely to censor the same stuff as the US or others if it ever came to that. Competing jurisdictions are good, Russian dissidents can run to the US and US ones to Russia. Net effect - more free speech for the world.

For a long time, I was annoyed that nostrudel does not correctly pick up and show likes.

Then I discovered it is just a matter of me clicking a button.

Then I realised it is better not to 😄

The biggest strategic gain for the US from instigating the Ukraine war is it drove a wedge between Europe and Russia. It is also the biggest loss for Europe. Now Europe is increasingly irrelevant.

Who would have expected that Russia's currency will become a top performer in spite of the war and sanctions?

Trump tells the UK they need to repeal hate speech laws to get a tariff deal. That must be humiliating lol - you'd expect that kind of conditions when dealing with some third world dictatorship. But that is where free speech is in the UK - in the drain.

Was it not to make it writable again?

There were bits of plastic there normally, which you can break to write protect. Once they are broken, if you need to write, you stuff paper.

It feels like it is coming back from a past life lol.

I don't particularly like nationalism either, but this is very broken thinking. The fact that there are exceptions to the rule does not necessarily make the rule invalid.

People born in the same country will no doubt be more similar to each other, on average, than a random selection of people from around the world.

If the same had happened in a poor country, all those people watching would be lifting the car and carrying it to the road.

I wonder how many read this and decided the advice is to altogether stop caring about what is happening in the world?

Is that the intended advice? If so, it will be the wrong advice in most cases.

The right path will strike a balance between doomscrolling and burying your head in the sand. And that balance will be different for everyone.

I'll be there, hoping some of that awesome cypherpunkiness will rub off on me 😅

Caitlin Johnstone: "Saying It’s Antisemitic To Oppose Genocide Is Like Saying It’s Anti-Catholic To Oppose Pedophilia"
