Missed my #31days yesterday due to a long day in the “office”. Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Colorado, back to Alabama, then Florida. Pretty fun flying into Aspen for the first time. I’ll get my workout in today.



I’ve been there, and I need to be there again!
15 minute warm up, 3 mile run, 15 minute cool down.
On one hand, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come since starting to run again this summer.
On the other hand, it’s obvious I’m really slow compared to my younger/in shape self.
It will fun to see if I get faster this fall just by staying consistent.

GM, fueling up for a 3 mile run. This will be my longest (continuous) run in years. It’s crazy that 8 years ago I ran a marathon. Temps in the 70s with light rain. My son is going for 1.5 miles. #runstr

It seems to me that the bot situation is a blessing in disguise. Move to v4v exchanges with zap/replies. 1 sat per reply is all that is needed. Maybe someone smart can do this?
