That's awesome! I have been working on that, I used to suffer a lot with depression but since everything happens in the mind first I have started questioning why my perception is more likely toward to sad response instead of positive approach. Neville Goddard lectures brought me a different idea instead of being rational all the time I'm trying to thrive more my feelings even if feels fake at the beginning.
