This NIP does not actually address the issue of all DM leaks caused by nsec leaks. We proposed a solution that involves generating a temporary key through key exchange, ensuring that not all DMs are leaked when nsec is leaked. You can experience this feature on 0xchat.

giftwrapped dm?
In fact, our private chats utilize the giftwrapped technology, which is a standard known as nip59. Clients like amethyst and coracle are also compatible with our private chats.
For private notes, we will also use the giftwrapped technology. Currently, no client does this, but it is open for implementation.
