I know I've said this many times before, but holy fuck Seam was such a good band.

Pessimism is easy. It feels lazy.

Being an optimist takes thought and consideration. It’s much more exciting.

What web interfaces are people using for Nostr these days?

I wish I could say I'm surprised. I feel like it's been a very long time since I heard her say something interesting. I feel like I'm missing something because so many people like her, but always seems like one high level bad take after another.

Arc, brave, safari, Firefox focus, DuckDuckGo,

was just reminded of this one from a few years ago. Not wrong!

Yeah the Apple Magic one is the best. I’ve tried a few other things and there’s always connection issues or some other drama. The Apple one just works perfectly all the time and provides extra battery too.

I find myself grabbing my iPad Pro more than my laptop too these days but conversely I’m using all the apps and still go to the laptop when I need web. What browser(s) are you finding most useful on ipad OS that solves it for you?

Many long years ago some calendar app added birthdays of almost every contact into my google cal. Maybe it was in their address card? Anyway, most of them I don’t even know,”, so literally every day I’m informed of the birthday of some rando I met in passing as at conference one time.

Looks like that worked. Now to figure out how to get Bluesky as well.

I’ve seen some people syndicating their nostr posts out to X, Bluesky and other platforms. Is there an easy way to do that or is it some custom hacking to make it work?

Just setting up my opnvbs

See you in 10 hours Tokyo!
