(Still can't zap this account)
And not in a sarcastic way at all!
That part is in fact inspired from the early days of facebook π
Thank you for calling me that, Stlla! π€
Wishing you some great walks, Jay!
Yes, right? Walking pulled me through various stages of my being. It's like, what do you have when you leave everything and just be on the road? You have yourself. So the weights start to shift and find their places. And you can reconnect to them from where you are and deal with them without letting them get into your head. π€
Couldnβt believe I was able to get myself out for a walk this afternoon. But I did, as soon as I stopped thinking about it. I know what to do to get out. I donβt need to think about it, no need to picture it or plan it. I just did it. And I'm glad I did. It made me ready for the works awaited me back home. Good night friends ππ½
That's a great idea! Starting the day with prayers of any kinds help, I think. One ritual I like so much, although unable to follow is, waking up really early and going to the river to take a bath first thing in the morning. At this point the is also rising with you, and while standing in the river, facing the sun, you utter the prayer dedicated to the sun. Surya Pranam, as we say. I love this practice. ππ½π€
