Good point. Some snails are poisonous. The flavor of the snails used for escargot tastes amazingly like butter and garlic (i.e. there is virtually no flavor from the meat).
It would be wise to ID your snails to see if they're poisonous. Who knows, you might find a variety that has a good flavor.
I did notice that the price of BTC recently has been following silver and gold; lagging by a few days.
